End-of-session meetings are a vital part of the Columbia to Coast APA experience. These meetings bring together team captains and players to discuss league updates, rule changes, upcoming events, and gather feedback to make our league better.

Session meetings are held at the conclusion of each league session. Attendance is strongly encouraged for all team captains and at least one team representative. These meetings ensure everyone stays informed and has a voice in the direction of the league.

Our end-of-session meetings cover a variety of important topics:
• Rule Changes — Updates to APA national rules and local bylaws
• Upcoming Events — Tournament schedules, Tri-Cup dates, and World Qualifier information
• Feedback Session — Open forum for captains to share suggestions and concerns
• Awards — Recognition of session winners and individual achievements
• Next Session Preview — Registration dates, format changes, and schedule highlights
Can't Attend?
If you are unable to attend a session meeting, please send a team representative in your place. Meeting notes and summaries will be posted here after each meeting. If you have specific items you'd like to discuss, email the league office at jerry@rack-break.com prior to the meeting.
